THE BELLA RAY STORY

Bella Ray was built from my years on the front lines of hiring.​

​

I recruited at volume, ran interview after interview, onboarded new hires, opened new markets, and helped understaffed teams break through hiring roadblocks and scale into million dollar operations.

​

After years of sitting across from hundreds of interviewees, I saw the same thing again and again: they weren’t just being interviewed, they were interviewing the company too, deciding if the opportunity was worth their time.

​

That’s when I realized a simple truth: most hiring problems aren’t talent problems. They’re perception problems. And in the age of social media and artificial intelligence, candidates don’t just apply to job descriptions anymore. They apply to what the algorithm shows them.

​

So my work started as a practical solution. I began running social media to support recruiting and team growth, resulting in 30–50% increases in qualified job applications. As more teams asked for help beyond social media, the work expanded into end to end employer branding and digital strategy, including brand positioning, content and design, web development, and search and AI visibility (SEO, AIO, GEO).

​

Now serving clients from coast to coast, it was time to build this space with the same intention and care I bring to every project. Bella Ray exists to bridge the gap between who companies are and how they’re perceived online, building brands around the people who lead them. The full site is coming soon.

Bella Ray is named after those who named me: Maria Beauty & Robert Raymund.
